The seating planner (we call it The Diplomat) is included in the Premium and Bespoke plans. It handles drag-and-drop table assignments, conflict detection for guests who should not be seated near each other, and automatically generates personalised Connection Cards for VIP guests.
Guests can upload photos throughout the day using a QR code placed on tables. All photos land in your private gallery. You review them, hide any you do not want shown, then make the gallery public with a password for guests to browse and download. It becomes a living album of your day.
Yes. You can set adults-only restrictions, control which plus-ones are confirmed, manage ceremony-only guests separately from reception guests, and use the welcome menu to enable or disable features for guests. Everything is within your control.
Yes. Digital Suite and Premium plans include email support with a 1 to 2 business day response. Bespoke clients have a dedicated account manager and priority response. You can also chat with Delilah, our assistant, at any time using the chat button in the corner of this page.
We charge in AUD. If you are outside Australia, your card provider will handle the conversion automatically at the current exchange rate.
